craftiness
these are just some of the projects that i have been working on. i am hoping today to finish 2 new garage sale tables i got. wish me luck. i will also have to take pictures of my new laundry room. we just finished painting and hanging up new cabinets. what an improvement.
callies visit
it was so nice that my childhood friend callie came for a visit with her 3 kids. chloe and addison have been pen pals for the last year. everyone had a great time. avery the smallest was totally occupied with roxie. roxie was exhausted by the time she left and slept for a day. we ended up at youngs dairy for dinner and then just hanging out playing the rest of the time.
madelyn turns 11
it is hard to believe that madelyn is 11. she had a great birthday and got something that she never thought her dad would break down and buy. a "CELL PHONE". this was her one and only gift that she got this year but she was more than happy. i guess the best thing is that we no longer listen to her complain that she is the only one besides lacie that doesn't have one. so beware if she has your cell phone number she will be texting you.
recital and catch-up
things have been very busy since school has let out so today i am going to try and play catch up today with the blog. the girls recital went very well this year. we loved both of their costumes. the black and green one was right up madelyns alley. since everything she does revolves around the color green. they both looked very cute in their matching outfits. that is probably a first and last time for that to happen. after looking at these pictures i cant believe how short madelyn is next to lacie. we need a growth spurt. a
