jill road bikes with the girls down to the creek. i ended up having to meet them there because of a flat tire. this was just as well because chloe immediately lost both of her shoes on the first jump in. the pollen was so thick it was like it was snowing. all for of them had a great time and they did eventually find chloe's shoes after i had already taken her home.

it is hard to believe that madelyn is going to be moving onto middle school. this has been a very busy year for her. she has wanted to try everything from choir to project citizen. many things she has enjoyed and others not so much. i guess this is part of growing up, trying to find your likes and dislikes in life. as for me i thought that i would never be old enough to have a child in middle school. growing up you always say you are not going to get married-turn 30-have kids- an so on, but some how we always meet these milestones in life. so far my journey has been great, lets just say a prayer for the teenage years. a
