yikes!! the chicken pox

after many invites to go to the camp grounds with sidwells, we made it this year. every year they have a HUGE fall camp-out where everyone decorates their camp site. i must say that it is pretty amazing. these people spend weeks decorating everything. the girls for the trick-or-treat had the chicken pox. everyone loved it. it was like a hot zone for the pox.

some people thought i was crazy, but i took both the girls for their first haunted experience. much to my surprise they both loved it. madelyn did most of the screaming and chloe just kind of sat there. it was a haunted bus ride through the woods where we were chased by two semis, almost pushed off of a cliff and to many chain saws to count. it was a good thing jim was out of town that weekend, because both of the girls ended up in our bed for the night. we are looking forward to doing some other ones.
